Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-10-13
These Terms govern your use of acemail (the "Service") provided by acemail. By using the Service you agree to them.
1. Acceptable use
You agree to send only email that you are authorized to send, to recipients who expect it, and in compliance with applicable anti-spam and data-protection laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and your mailbox provider's policies). You must not use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk email.
2. Your mailbox and content
You are responsible for the mailbox you connect, the credentials you provide, and the content you send. You retain ownership of your content; you grant us only the access needed to operate the Service on your behalf.
3. Deliverability
Email deliverability depends on factors outside our control, including your domain's DNS (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), your mailbox provider, and recipient mail servers. We do not guarantee that any message will be delivered or placed in the inbox.
4. Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. Self-hosted deployments are operated by you and their availability is your responsibility.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, acemail is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
6. Changes
We may revise these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
